SPECIFICATIONS

Full working drawings and specifications can be developed for any project. Our experience covers all aspects of extensions, alterations, adaptations, and refurbishments.

Specifications are developed to cover full detail for the construction works.

Clients are recommended to develop room data sheets covering each aspect of the building works. These detail the requirements placed on the builder for each individual room, covering such matters as lighting, power and socket requirements, data and communication points (ie. telephone or computer networks), finishes and colours to be used, and any other fixtures, furnishings and equipment (FF&E) to be provided as part of the contract.

Room elevation drawings can be developed, providing shelf positions, positions of sockets etc.

These working drawings and specifications, together with the room data sheets and room elevation drawings, are used to form part of the tender documentation to be issued to builders/contractors for accurate pricing.
